{Maternity} Kristin & Adam

Kristen and Adam are great friends of mine.  Adam is the head coach for Sunset and he owns Farber Swim School.  So he’s a boss-turned-friend.  Adam and his beautiful wife are about to add another little swimmer to the “team.”  They are having their first child, Lincoln a.k.a Link, in July.  They asked me to do their maternity and newborn photographs.  The five of us (David, my husband, came along and was a wonderful assistant) ventured into the Gorge and Hood River.  We spent some time at Starvation Creek, we found an old brick building in Hood River’s outskirts and of course grabbed some ice cream from Mike’s Ice.  As the sun headed towards the West we drove out to Rowena and played in the wildflowers.  (I even played “Wildflowers” by Tom Petty to prep us for this special photo shoot.)  It was a beautiful day with wonderful friends celebrating a grand creation.  I can’t wait to see Link and photograph his little toesies.

Congratulations Kristen and Adam, blessings to you and your growing family. Enjoy the photos!
